Return Policy

We hope that you are always happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return your order to us for a refund or an exchange! Please see below for more information on our return policy - 

RETURNS

All returns must be returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with original tags and labels applied.

RETURN PROCESS

To return your order, please email STYLEDBYEL@outlook.com to obtain your return number and return address. Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend you use a tracked or signed for service when returning any items.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your items to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email when this has been processed. 
Please note refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your bank account.
